These weather resistant cable ties are made of UV-resistant Polyamide 6.6 and thus suitable for outdoor applications. UV stabilized cable ties resist UV radiation for a considerably longer period compared to standard PA66 cable ties. They can easily be used for bundling and securing cables, pipes and hoses especially in outdoor areas.

UV resistant black zip ties are the ideal option for outdoor applications where zip ties will be exposed to a higher than normal amount of ultra-violet rays from the sun. These black nylon cable ties are specifically manufactured to be used for continuous or extended exposure to the outdoors, weather, and UV light especially. Black Tie wraps can also be used in indoor applications. UV resistant black zip ties are made by incorporating carbon stabilizers in the nylon resin during the molding process. these black tie wraps provide greater resistance to the elements when compared to both our colored cable ties and our natural nylon cable ties, thus making them a cost-effective and durable method for securing any bundle or item outdoors.

Material: UV Stabilized Nylon 6/6.
Normal Service Temperature Range: -20°C ~ 80°C.
Flambility Rating: UL 94V-2.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
