The Glatt Bolt Seal is an ISO 17712:2013 (E) compliant high security container bolt seal. It is made of high grade Q235A steel (pin & bush) and ABS plastic, used to seal shipping containers in a way that provides tamper evidence and some level of security. Such seals can help to detect theft or contamination, either accidental or deliberate, typically they are considered an inexpensive way of providing tamper evidence of intrusion into sensitive spaces.
The bolt seal is commonly used on shipping and intermodal containers, and widely used for ground transportation.

Instructions for Use

4. Record the seal number to control security.
